Mary is a member of the Wesley Chapel G.R.I.T.S. (Girls Reading In The South) Book Club and  were the lucky winners of the "Take Your Book Club to Guernsey" contest sponsored by Random House for their book "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society". They went to Guernsey last October for an experience of a lifetime! Mary stated that "Guernsey is even more beautiful in person than I imagined it to be while reading the book!"

    I love this time of year. I always take the week of Thanksgiving off from work, as my birthday falls in the same week (and I haven't worked or gone to school on my birthday since about 2nd grade). And I love the Christmas holiday season (and my office also shuts down for 10-14 days during Christmas). Add on good food and family and friends, and we're talking good times!
