Friday Memes

FRIDAY

Photobucket
Hosted by An Island Life
From An Island Life:
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, visit An Island Life answer the question and then post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!

MY QUESTION:
Are you following the Casey Anthony Murder Trial
and if so, have you decided on guilt or innocent ?
MY ANSWER:
Yes.  I have been following this from when Caylee
went missing and think that the mother is guilty.

Book Blogger Hop

Hosted by Jennifer from CRAZY FOR BOOKS
In the spirit of the Twitter Friday Follow, the Book Blogger Hop is a place just for book bloggers and readers to connect and find new book-related blogs that we may be missing out on! This weekly BOOK PARTY is an awesome opportunity for book bloggers to connect with other book lovers, make new friends, support each other, and generally just share our love of books! It will also give blog readers a chance to find other book blogs that they may not know existed! So, grab the logo, post about the Hop on your blog, and start HOPPING through the list of blogs that are posted in the Linky list below!!
Your blog should have content related to books, including, but not limited to book reviews.

This week's question:

This week's question:
“Share your favorite post from the last month and tell us why it’s close to your heart!”

My answer:
Most definitely it is an event I host every Sunday called Sunday's Shining Star.  Each week I showcase a book blogger, which they have answered a previous questionnaire that I sent them.  When I first started blogging, my mentor told me that "the best bloggers were book bloggers" and right she was.  And it has taken on a life of it's own.  It is now like a weekly "get together" where we have virtual coffee and pastry and just gab.  Lori from Dollycas's Thoughts was my first guest and her husband made the mistake (in a fun way) of calling our weekly visit our "hen party".  Well...from there it went to a "hot chick get together and Jeff (her hubby) has been part of our virtual visits whereas he delivers the pastry, even though he eats some on the way, or when we travel, he carries the luggage.  And then Lori decided to add my hubby, Steve, into the party.  It is such a fun event that I look forward to.  If you haven't stopped by, please do.  Or if you would like to be showcased or would like to see a blogger showcased, please contact me. HERE.

I am so addicted (as a matter of fact, they just went to commercial so I could leave you a comment). This is really sad. She should have plead earlier to save everyone the pain and misery. At least she'd get to see some kind of daylight.

I think your Sunday posts is a great idea. I love the idea of getting know more book bloggers through other blogs since I don't always follow the same blogs others do. Thanks for hosting such a great event! :)

I live in Florida not far from where the Anthony's live, so this trial is something I'm very interested in. And yes, I think she's guilty.

Not all the time but sometimes and because of her reactions, I will say she is guilty.

A mother who loses her child does not behave like that.

Aloha!

Who's Casey Anthony? Guess I'm not following that one. I hate the news lately it's always so depressing, and I haven't been listening to anything, but the weather, and that's depressing too! Don't forget to let me know about your camera. It has to have that feature for moving pics cuz my hand shakes. Also, don't forget if ever you give-away books on mythology or even just review them let me know cuz those are the kinds I like also the ones with sorcerers and wizards & stuff ~hehe~ HUGS

I think she is beyond guilty and I hate that she is trying to make excuses now.

No, I haven't been following the case so I can't really form an opinion. It is a sad event, though.

No, I haven't been following the case lately, but due to her suspicious behavior I do think she is guilty.
