Today’s MUSING MONDAYS post is about picture books.
Do you have a favourite picture book, either from your own childhood, or reading to you children?
It has been quite a few years since reading to my sons.  But there are a few that I do remember and those are Polar Express, Good Night Moon and another one that was a great help to me.  It was a book geared to toddlers, one for boys, different for girls.  I can't remember the title but it was a story for them regarding using a "potty" lol.  It sounds funny now but it was a great tool back then.
Photobucket in the fun. You don't need a blog to comment. But if you do and want to join in, link is above.

My son's (age 18) favorite was Good Night Moon. To get him rolling his eyes, I recite it to him!

yep, even I remember reading Goodnight Moon to my niece. Personally, I seem to have blocked out most of my childhood. Except one collection of fairy tales, name unknown, I can't remember being read anything.
Maybe why I learned to read at an early age. :-)

LOL... I answered this on my blog, but after reading other people's responses, I realize that I've forgotten about a lot of my favourites! I used to love Goodnight Moon when I was a little kid, too.

Love your potty reference, and Polar Express was a favorite at my house too.

When I was little I loved, 'Millie's Got a Secrtet' I even named my daughter for it. My daughter loves 'Go Do Go!' Hope she doesn't follow my lead and name her daughter after it!!!
