Monday Memes

I'm baaaack!!.  It has been quite some time since I have participated in memes, those daily fun interactions which was one of the reasons I went "public" with my blog.  I look forward to visiting you and hopefully have visitors stop by.  So I just want to say Hi !!!  I have missed all of you and am slowly catching up and getting back to my normal daily routine.

Hosted by Miz B at Should Be Reading

This week's question:
What are you most excited about reading, right now? (can be a book you’re currently enjoying, or a book that’s yet to be published, etc.)

My answer:
Where do I begin to answer this question?  I am about to start reading Anything by Michael Baron.  I have read his previous novels Spinning, Crossing The Bridge and The Journey Home,  and have enjoyed all of them.   He is now one of the authors, the writers that you put into a different category, the ones that you anxiously await for the net book to be published.  I received the book through The Story Plant Publishing as they are starting a new program entitled Spread The Word Initiative.
To be honest, once I am caught up with paper work and tying up loose ends with personal issues, I  am looking forward to being able to READ!!  To sit, with my cup of coffee and read.  To be able to read and enjoy reading.  Over the past 6 months or more, I have read some books but not like I used to.  Not where I was totally focused.  I read because I had to.  So to answer the question, I am excited about reading, reading for pleasure, for enjoyment!!!

October is being hosted by Serena from Savvy Verse & Wit
Mailbox Monday was created by Marcia of A girl and her books and is now on tour.

According to Marcia, “Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week. Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.”

First I would like to thank Serena for hosting Mailbox Monday this month, one of my favorite memes, even though it is causing us to have to go out and buy another bookcase lol.
I have a few weeks of books to share with you since I haven't participated in Mailbox Monday in a while.  These are the books I have received since September 12th.

well, I haven't been reading the last few weeks either, if for a different reason.
I must get back to the TBR pile...and I'm happy to have the time to do it.

I hope you enjoy your books. I really loved Michael Baron's other books, so I hope this new one is just as good.
