I'm baaaack!!. It has been quite some time since I have participated in memes, those daily fun interactions which was one of the reasons I went "public" with my blog. I look forward to visiting you and hopefully have visitors stop by. So I just want to say Hi !!! I have missed all of you and am slowly catching up and getting back to my normal daily routine.

This week's question:
My answer:
Where do I begin to answer this question? I am about to start reading Anything by Michael Baron. I have read his previous novels Spinning, Crossing The Bridge and The Journey Home, and have enjoyed all of them. He is now one of the authors, the writers that you put into a different category, the ones that you anxiously await for the net book to be published. I received the book through The Story Plant Publishing as they are starting a new program entitled Spread The Word Initiative.
To be honest, once I am caught up with paper work and tying up loose ends with personal issues, I am looking forward to being able to READ!! To sit, with my cup of coffee and read. To be able to read and enjoy reading. Over the past 6 months or more, I have read some books but not like I used to. Not where I was totally focused. I read because I had to. So to answer the question, I am excited about reading, reading for pleasure, for enjoyment!!!
October is being hosted by Serena from Savvy Verse & Wit
Mailbox Monday was created by Marcia of
A girl and her books and is now on tour.
According to Marcia, “Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to
share the books that came into their house last week. Warning: Mailbox Monday
can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.”
I have a few weeks of books to share with you since I haven't participated in Mailbox Monday in a while. These are the books I have received since September 12th.

well, I haven't been reading the last few weeks either, if for a different reason.
I must get back to the TBR pile...and I'm happy to have the time to do it.
Great looking books, Cheryl, and welcome back!
I want to read The Kingdom of Childhood. I've been noticing it and seeing great reviews. Enjoy!

Kaden really liked Snowman's Revenge!!! We read it at least 10 times a day for well over a week. Now it is in the bedtime rotation. lol
Glad you are back!!
Cheryl: I'm not sick or anything. Just please note--Middlemarch (one of my two books) is 800 freaking pages long!!!!
I'm sure anything that helps you escape will be welcome right now. I've been thinking of you.
